3.1 Our Commitment to Unfailing Security

At SecureNode.store, we understand that a lock is a “Mission-Critical” component of your life. Our “Zero-Failure” policy ensures that your home is never left vulnerable due to a manufacturing defect. We offer a 7-Day Inspection window and a multi-year Mechanical Warranty.

3.2 Eligibility for Returns (The “Uncut & Unmounted” Standard)

Due to the security nature of our products, returns are subject to the following “Integrity Checks”:

  1. The “Key-Seal” Requirement: Once the sealed bag containing the master keys or the “Security Identity Card” is opened, the unit is ineligible for a “Change of Mind” return to prevent unauthorized key duplication.
  2. Mounting Evidence: If a lock has been mounted on a door (evidenced by screw-head wear or cylinder scuffs), it is considered “In-Service” and cannot be returned for credit.
  3. Original Shielding: Returns must include the original “Tamper-Evident” box and all internal hardened steel strike plates and mounting bolts.

3.3 The “Anti-Snap” Warranty

If a SecureNode lock fails mechanically (e.g., cylinder seizure or biometric sensor failure):

  • The 24-Hour Emergency Dispatch: For failures that result in a “Lock-Out” or “Lock-In,” contact our Emergency Technical Desk immediately.
  • Lifetime Mechanical Warranty: We provide a lifetime warranty on the mechanical internal components of our “Vault-Series” deadbolts.

3.4 Refund Velocity

  • Standard Returns: 7-10 Business Days following a “Security Integrity Audit” at our hub.
  • Defective Replacements: Dispatched via “Priority-One” courier within 24 hours of claim verification.
